I remember feeling REALLY scared the very first time I took my daughter on the plane. She was ready 11 months old back then, and I had stupidly suggested we visit my parents for just a week while my better half was away with a conference. It looked like a great idea, even so the week before there we were due to fly, I almost cancelled the trip. I just didn’t think I could undertake it.
