Crimea has several historical palaces Vorontsov is one kind of them. This is excellent news for palace lover who loves to travel to palace. Alupka is really a small town situated in Crimean peninsula.

There is really a historical palace internal 18th century, called Vorontsov or Alupka Palace. Alupka Palace is usually a Tudor kind of palace, English architect Edward Blore and his awesome personal assistant William Hunt designed this beautiful Tudor style palace. A beautiful garden and manmade forest were created by German landscape gardener Carolus Keebac about the palace. That stuffs added extra beauty for the palace. It looks great whenever you look at the palace from distant. There are 150 rooms within the palace. Since the palace has become a museum you will notice many exhibits within the palace for instance beautiful paintings, flower dcor, interior's woodwork, furniture, books, and decorations.

Outside the palace, you can find white marble lion monuments, Italian sculptor Bonnani created them. The palace/museum is open daily from July to August, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm; from September to June the museum is open from 9:00 am to five:00 pm. You can go there and discover the beautiful palace all of the week except Monday.

Feodosia is usually a port and resort city in Ceriman peninsula, Ukraine. It is situated on the coast of Black Sea in south-eastern portion of Crimea. The city Feodosia was previously called Theodosia when Greek colonist formed the town during 6th century BC. The city was beautiful, still it is however it was destroyed by Huns inside 4th century AD. History informs us that, the land on this city was good for agriculture.

Kazanskiy Cathedral is positioned in Feodosia. Do you know Ivan Aivazovsky, This is the man who was simply famous Russian seascape painter. What an extraordinary seascape artist he was! Once you see his paintings you desire to see much more of his paintings once again and again. Ivan Aivazovsky passed his all life in Feodosia.

You have to go to a museum called "National Picture Gallery of Ivan Aivazovsky" and look at every painting, they may be very beautiful. Except this museum you can find some museums including Museum of sculptor V. I. Mukhin, Museum of ancient things, Literary and memorial museum of Alexander Green. The beaches from the Feodosia are nice and you could have boat trip. You can find Golden Beach over there crafted from small seashells.

When you travel everywhere city you'd probably see fortress, ancient churches, Movie Theater and the like. Ayu-Dag is usually a famous mountain in Crimea, Ukraine. It is also called Bear Mountain as the mountain appears like a bear that lies within the water. Bear Mountain isn't far from Gurzuf city. It is positioned in the south coast of Crimean peninsula. The word Ayu means Bear in Tatar, one one other hand Dag means Mountain in Tatar language. It is said the top from the Bear Mountain summit or peak formed inside result of magma cooling down from the thickness on the earth's crust.

But there's another, more romantic version with the appearance in the mountain. A family of bears lived in thick woods of Crimea, as well as a girl lived with them - she was an orphan who they pointed out as their own kid. When she spent my youth, she fell deeply in love with a guy at a nearby village. The bears couldn't accept it, along with the couple were forced to escape from them. The guy produced boat, where they were likely to sail in to the sea.

The oldest on the bears discovered it. He was furious, he desired to drink all of the sea water and have the couple. But the sea helped the lovers - it turned the bear right into a rock. He will probably be drinking water for eternity. Near Ayu-Dag territory, there was clearly a famous sea port in 9th-10th centuries.
