I lived in Alaska for six years, the Northern Lights were amazing! This is the one thing I must see before I die! Wonderful article and great pics! I've seen the lights when I what food was in Northern Wisconsin however they were just about the edge of the horizon much less glorious as with Alaska or Norway I'm sure!
This is an excellent hub! I've been fascinated while using Aurora Borealis, however I had no idea it might be seen from this type of wide spread area within the globe. I saw the Joanna Lumley Northern Lights documentary and still have been enthralled from the time.
