Our Tali Beach Family Vacation

The Master suite on top floor is available the exclusive utilisation of the homeowners. There's a big family area at the basement with the main house that's 4 queen beds along with a sofa bed. It's split into two rooms with a bookshelf along with a sliding door. The living room has one bathroom. There are 2 detached casitas, each pre-loaded with an ensuite bathroom, 1 queen bed and day bed. I loved vacationing in the main living room which also doubles because the lanai.
Let me require on a tour muna around Windward House in order to see for yourself which it truly is often a beautiful place. The main house within the right is linked with 2 separate casitas around the left. The caretakers declared that the owners built the casitas to ensure visiting family and guests can enjoy the same solitude and comfort. The walkway connecting both the casitas to the key house. We paid a complete of P64,000 to rent Winward House for 2 nights.
P32,000 per night, a little higher than the standard weekend rate being it was a holiday, Independence Day. Ordinary weekend rates are P30,000. In addition to that, we also paid a site fee of P1,000 per day to your caretakers of house. The house had 2 staff who is able to help with cooking and taking care of. The open-plan living, cooking and dining area enables easy interaction among members of the family at all times and unobstructed views from the landscape. The wooden floors, concrete walls and warmth in the teakwood slats develop a modern Asian look.
When they declared that Windward involves the kitchen, they were not kidding. There's a main kitchen which we used after we did each of our cooking plus a back kitchen once we decided to hold the caretakers cook simple Filipino homestyle meals. The kitchen comes with the whole kaboodle: oven, refrigerator, outdoor BBQ grill, teppan stove-top grill, etc. Pots and pans along with an abundance of serving plates, too. The infinity pool is made for families with individuals varying ages. There is really a shallow part for younger kids, a wading pool at the center for novice swimmers, plus a deeper part to your other end.
C and I spent our afternoons lounging lazily inside lanai while you're watching the kids swim. The kids are such troopers likewise. They just enjoyed the pool ever since the beach was off-limits because in the strong waves. My kids wanted to go cliff diving pa naman sana. Meal prep is usually a whole family affair as all of the girls and some on the boys would gather around.
The girls took above the prepping and cooking as the boys would help around shooing every one of the flies away. I don't know why, but the spot had an extra-ordinary volume of flies. And they were everywhere too, the lanai, the dining area, your home. As soon as we had been done cooking, there were to cover everything as being the flies would dominate. I am not referring to 5 flies flying here or maybe 10. I'm speaking about a an enormous could of flies! I'm not a professional on pest-control, but we've stayed in resorts along with other beach houses to understand that the fly problems in Windward House is uncontrollable. I am realistic enough to understand that we live inside the tropics and flies are everywhere, and not in this number. It made mealtime very stressful in my opinion, especially since I'm employed to a clean working space in your house. It's annoying where did they would land about the food, or in my hand, or even hear them buzz by my ear. Panira sa chillax mode!
When it turned out too dark to swim inside the pool, we kept busy indoors. It's a good thing we brought plenty of board games kaya even when the rough waves failed to let us take advantage of the beach, there were a lot of fun pa din naman indoors. We requested for that projector to get set up inside the dining area so we can all have a movie in the evening.
Everyone went along to bed around midnight na after playing board games and watching a show. Windward claims they can comfortably accommodate 14 guest up to and including maximum capacity of 18. We are a full of 15, but even so I would not say our sleeping conditions were comfortable. Personally, I suggest at most 2 small families or even a max of 6 persons with the most comfortable stay in the 2 main casitas.
