This was true of Silver Sea Cruises in March 2012. Their vacation cruise ship collided that has a Vietnamese container ship in deep fog about five miles through the Vietnamese coast. Unfortunately, although these cases were reported, almost all of it goes unsolved and families were often left without having clues or options by any means. Some were even suspected as suicides, waved off as accidents and also other were just though of as unsolved crimes.
